Is this really lifetime?+
Lifetime as in: pay once, use forever, on every device you own. If we sunset the product, you get a refund or a replacement — your call.
What's the MCP connector — and why does it matter?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets ChatGPT and Claude talk to NexaLink directly. Ask your AI to 'add this contact', 'draft a follow-up to everyone I met today', or 'publish my card' — and it does it, in your AI chat. NexaLink is the only digital business card + CRM with a native MCP connector. Popl, HiHello, Blinq, and Mobilo don't have it.
Do I get AI included, or do I bring my own?+
You bring your own — that's the whole model, and it's the better deal. NexaLink's AI runs through the MCP connector: connect your own ChatGPT or Claude account and run NexaLink from your AI chat, on the subscription you already pay for — unmetered, with no NexaLink credits to run out. On-device voice transcription is included too. (In-app NexaLink-billed AI is a separate Premium subscription feature — not part of the lifetime deal.)
Is this a one-time payment?+
Yes — every tier is a single payment for lifetime access: Solo $59, Team $249, Business $549, Agency $1,199. No subscription, no renewals. Whatever you pay at purchase is locked in for life.
How do team seats work?+
Team (10 seats), Business (50), and Agency (250) are multi-seat. You buy once as the owner, then invite teammates by email from your team dashboard. Each teammate gets full Pro features on web and mobile. Seats are reassignable.
Are the monthly usage caps refreshed or one-time?+
The usage caps — card scans and voice notes — refresh on the same day each month, based on when you redeemed. Hit a cap mid-month? Stack a top-up for that month.
Can I upgrade tiers later?+
Yes, via support — you pay the difference, no platform fees. Email support@nexalink.co with your purchase email and the tier you want.
Refund policy?+
14-day no-questions-asked refund window. Refunds are processed via DodoPayments back to your original payment method, usually in 5-10 business days.
Do you have a creator / affiliate program?+
Yes — the NexaLink Creator Program pays 40% (50% for strategic partners) one-time commission on every paid conversion you refer. Share your code, your audience enters it at signup. Apply at nexalink.co/creators.
Why is Team $249 and not $99 like other LTDs?+
Because $99 LTDs burn out after ~12 months of runway post-refunds. We price for sustainability — enough to support you for 5+ years without cutting features. At $249 one-time, Team is still far below 5 years of any subscription.
